Enjoy the knife-wielding skill and showmanship of our specially trained chefs as they prepare the freshest meals before your eyes on hibachi grills. Specialties include carefully chosen steak, seafood, chicken and vegetables, and don't miss the fabulous flaming onion volcano. Come and relax in our comfortable cocktail lounge area as you wait for your private seating. Exotic as well as traditional beverages are offered, so you can experience the delight of sake, plum wine or one of our specialty cocktails. Seating is available for couples as well as groups of up to 40 people for any occasion. Be seated in one of our seven semi-private rooms, or take off your shoes while you dine in one of our traditional rooms with sunken tables. We look forward to your visit. The word "Kobe" suggests to the gourmet the ultimate in the choicest beef. In Japan, grazing land is at a minimum, so cattle raising is a very specialized process. Cattle are fed sake and beer to help stimulate their appetites, and are massaged daily with sake to insure tenderness. Kobe Steaks offers only U.S. beef prepared in the finest Japanese tradition. |
